The Beach Traffic Brigade shares the same message on overpasses across the state during Friday rush hours. All you need to do is sign up!
The group currently does two overpasses in Kent County - one in Smyrna and one at the Dover AFB. Depending on volunteer levels and locations, they could add another overpass between Smyrna and Dover, and there is interest in doing one in Milford.
