The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) released its preliminary estimate of the provision from the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s reconciliation bill that would “defund” Planned Parenthood, finding that doing so will increase the deficit by $300 million.

The group currently does two overpasses in Kent County - one in Smyrna and one at the Dover AFB. Depending on volunteer levels and locations, they could add another overpass between Smyrna and Dover, and there is interest in doing one in Milford.
